Previously, he served as an external consultant on digital transformation and Government Relations (GR) for federal-scale projects, where he ensured the preparation of technical documentation for state expertise and developed roadmaps for the implementation of automation systems in infrastructure institutions. His experience encompasses analytical research on the expansion of domestic technological solutions into international markets, including the Middle East, and the adaptation of software products to the specific regulatory requirements of foreign jurisdictions.
