Task
KAN AUTO, the largest automotive holding in Tatarstan, required a modern corporate portal designed to simplify internal communications, accelerate access to corporate information and documentation, and provide a unified platform for effective interaction among employees across various departments and branches.
Solution
We developed a comprehensive UX/UI design for the corporate portal, emphasizing intuitive navigation and clearly structured sections. The portal was tailored to address the specific needs of employees and company partners, featuring dedicated sections for rapid information exchange, electronic document management, news, and corporate updates, with seamless compatibility across all device types. A significant aspect was the integration of KAN AUTO’s corporate identity into the platform's design.
Analytics
During the design phase, we thoroughly analyzed the company's internal business processes and the needs of its employees and partners. This allowed us to create a highly intuitive portal structure that significantly reduced the time required to locate information, enhancing efficiency and improving interactions among all departments.
Result
The concept design and design development process took two months. The project involved a team of five specialists, including UX/UI designers, an analyst, and a project manager. After the implementation of the concept and new design, the portal received positive feedback from employees and partners, simplified work processes, and strengthened the corporate culture of the holding.
