Task

Rimzona is a major supplier of automotive wheels and tires, serving a wide network of customers and partners. Their legacy website and order management system failed to meet market standards, resulting in user frustration with a cumbersome interface and outdated order-processing, inventory tracking, and demand analytics tools. The task was to completely overhaul the platform, creating a modern, high-performance service with a flexible inventory management system integrated seamlessly with warehouse databases.

Solution

We developed an entirely new digital platform from scratch, featuring a user-friendly and intuitive interface, along with a robust backend capable of processing large volumes of orders in real-time. The design provided by the client was strictly implemented. The product catalog received enhanced filters and improved attribute-based search functionality, simplifying product selection. To optimize business processes, an order management system was introduced that automatically checks warehouse stock levels, calculates delivery timelines, and expedites order processing. Integration with a CRM system allowed full monitoring of customer interactions, from initial inquiry through to deal completion.

Result

The development took seven months, with front-end and back-end developers and DevOps specialists working on the project. The new Rimzona website has become a reliable sales platform, ensuring high speed of work, order accounting accuracy and convenience for customers. Thanks to the implemented CRM and automation of key processes, Rimzona was able to significantly speed up the processing of applications, improve logistics and increase the level of service.
